Office General Admin
Postion open for General Office Admin. Provide administrative suppport to ensure efficient operation of office. Answer phones, schedule meetings and greet visitors Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning. New hire processing and Orientation Assist Division Manager when needed. Help field employees daily. Help organize and maintain office common areas. Order office supplies. Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
Custodian and Shop Helper
-ensures shop cleanliness and maintenance on a regular basis -performs clean up duties to shop, shop vehicles, rest room and office which includes taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, and dusting -monitors and reports all safety related issues as related to the shop area or any location where maintenance is being performed. -other duties as assigned
